Learn the power of positive thought, regain control of your
life, find the confidence within and attract the life you
truly desire.
In this one
day workshop Karen shares the tools that have allowed her to
‘Be the change she wanted to see’! You can expect to learn
how to regain control of your life, change your state, have
the relationship(s) you desire, find your core essence, the
real you, be more confident and create the vision for your
life.
Karen uses
a combination of skills gained from her background in Health
and Fitness, Life coaching , Neuro Linguistics and
Hypnotherapy to demonstrate some of the key strategies to
help you create the life you desire. Listen as she shares
simple and effective tools you can use in your everyday
life. You will be touched by her humour, warmth,
determination and passion as she explains how the Law of
Attraction works!
Karen is a
trained actress who has appeared in many TV commercials and
television programmes, including Hollyoaks, Emmerdale and
Coronation Street. Her passion is helping people feel good
about themselves and their lives. A single mum of three sons
(Two labelled disabled and all of them with ‘special needs’)
she overcame depression after a very difficult divorces and
is dedicated to sharing the skills and tools that have
transformed her life and turned what were often very
challenging and difficult times with her sons into truly
happy and fulfilling relationships.
