emphasis on confidentiality. I have many years experience
providing psychotherapeutic and counselling support in
Private Practice, NHS Settings and also as a published
author and feature writer on emotional and psychological
health.
Integrative
Psychotherapy
embraces a unifying therapeutic approach that affirms the
inherent value and needs of each individual or couple. As
such, it responds appropriately and effectively to the
individual requirements of the person and/or couple at the
emotional/feeling, behavioural, cognitive, and physiological
levels while addressing the individual presenting issues.
