I offer Counselling, CBT and Coaching for a variety of problems. My specialist areas are Mid –Life Changes, Crisis Management (i.e relationship break ups), Self Harm, Bereavement, Alcohol and General Counselling. At Times we may all feel lost and need to seek help to get us through our bad patches. My approach is very relaxed and focused on problem solving. I have worked in the Mental Health and Counselling field for over 28 years and believe everyone has the opportunity to improve their lives.
