Remedial Massage:
A massage has both a physiological and psychological effect.
Deep pressure stimulates the body’s systems – such as
immune, circulatory, lymph and digestive systems – while
slow, gentle, more superficial movement slows them down, and
relaxes them.
Bach Flower Remedies:
The Flower remedies are generally not used directly for
physical complaints but for negative states of minds or
moods, which hinder the recovery from a physical complaint.
In this light each of the 38 remedies encourage the
development of greater awareness.

body’s natural self- healing mechanisms using an eclectic

body armoured with the necessary biochemical attributes to
fight disease; a good wholesome diet, plenty of pure water
and clean air. They also believe that a person’s emotional
and mental state affects the physical body.
